[email protected]I love sharing TMW and I warmly invite you to come and join me for my online class on Tuesdays.
These sessions offer a space in the week for you to put everything down and enjoy this beautiful meditation in movement. I will lead you – inviting you to experience finding your ground, releasing the tensions of your mind and body and connecting you to your more natural, relaxed self. You will return to your day feeling more balanced and aligned, able to meet life with less stress and new energy.
You don’t need any prior experience, you can sit or stand and move to the level that feels comfortable to you. And if you feel uneasy about being on camera, don’t worry – you don’t need to have your camera on.
These sessions have helped so many people, regardless of the health issues they are struggling with. Here are some recent experiences:
