Teacher profile

Monday mornings I currently offer 2 classes at the Larruperz Centre in Ross on Wye, they are term time only. It is a pay as you go arrangement, booking is essential.

I also teach the seated form at a care home, Brockhampton Court on a weekly basis.

1:1 sessions are available, for this I use a room at the Larruperz Centre.

Various groups approach me for one off sessions, for example I recently offered a session during the Dementia Action week.

I am a parent carer for my son with special needs, my professional background is in Social Work and Breathwork Therapy.
