[email protected]Hi, and thank you for your interest in Tai Chi for Wellbeing, which has been and continues to be a journey of self-discovery. I have been working professionally in the exercise field within the health industry for about two decades now. I have worked with stroke, Parkinson’s, stress, falls prevention, and arthritis, among other types of health conditions, as a specialist in exercise. As a matter of interest, I am also a Nordic Walking instructor and can work outdoors, combining walking with TMW.
I also offer sessions suitable for fitness enthusiasts who understand the importance of rest days and wish to develop a deeper understanding of their body and cultivate a mind-body connection. All too often, we only listen to our bodies when they hurt, often due to overuse or injury. I facilitate sessions where you move in a way that encourages deep listening to your body, respecting and supporting its needs.
The TMW approach is clear, and its underlying principles guide us to a state of naturalness or harmony with our own true nature. This is why it feels so good!
